100% Enrichment-Based Dog Daycare in South Philly
At Wag Days Philly, we’ve reimagined daycare from the ground up. Every day at our South Philly location is fully enrichment-based and built around one simple idea: Play, Exercise, Think, Repeat. Through social play, physical activity, and mental challenges, we keep your dog’s body active, mind sharp, and heart full. Choose the program that fits your pup best — Enrichment Daycare or Individualized Daycare.
What Makes Our South Philly Enrichment Dog Daycare Different?
Unlike traditional dog daycare programs, our South Philly Enrichment Daycare focuses on purposeful play, mental stimulation, and personalized enrichment. Every dog’s day is carefully structured around their size, temperament, and individual needs.
We offer two unique Enrichment Daycare options:
Enrichment Daycare — $61 per full day
For dogs that enjoy and do well in large and small group play. Enrichment Daycare dogs can also take part in paired and small-group enrichment activities. Every dog rotates through structured play, exercise, and mental challenges all day long, guided by our PET philosophy.
Individualized Daycare — $71 per full day
For dogs that prefer humans over dogs and need individual attention during enrichment activities and play. Individualized dogs can have the chance to play with a buddy when an appropriate, play-style-matched dog attends on the same day — and if there’s no match, they’ll spend a happy day with their human friends. Perfect for dogs who are shy, especially energetic, or simply happiest with one-on-one time.

The PET Philosophy: Play, Exercise, Think, Repeat
Every dog in our care now receives four daily enrichment experiences built around our three pillars of care:
- Play (Social Enrichment): Group play, paired play, and quality one-on-one play with a handler.
- Exercise: Neighborhood walks, agility, cardio activities like fetch or tug, treadmill sessions, and movement-based games using ramps, planks, and platforms.
- Think: Puzzles, scent work, problem-solving games, obstacle courses, monthly trick goals, and other mentally stimulating activities.
Your dog’s activities are based on what they love most. Whether your dog is a social butterfly, an athlete, a puzzle enthusiast, or happiest spending one-on-one time with a favorite staff member, we tailor their day specifically to them. Have allergies to work around? No problem — send your own treats, or we’ll use essential oils, herbs, and spices for scent work instead.
What Will My Dog’s Day Look Like?
Play – Exercise – Think – Rest – Repeat
Morning — Play & Exercise
Dogs come in with a lot of energy in the morning, and we support that energy rather than fight it. Each dog starts the day in a balanced play group and/or a cardio activity like the treadmill, an outdoor walk, or a game of fetch — getting their bodies moving right away to burn off energy and excitement. We’re firm believers in the power of a good walk to clear a dog’s mind and give them the chance to sniff and enjoy fresh air away from daycare.
Morning — Rest
Scheduled downtime to relax and recharge.
Mid-Day — Think & Exercise
After a morning of movement and rest, dogs shift to using their brains — solving puzzles, completing obstacle courses, and using their noses for scent work.
Afternoon — Rest
Another quiet period to recharge.
Afternoon — Play & Exercise
Dogs finish the day with play and fun. Every pup closes out in a balanced play group and/or a silly activity with their favorite staff member — think platform climbs, tunnel runs, or a favorite squeaky toy. Whatever your dog loves most, that’s how they’ll end their day.

Are reservations required?
Above all, we prioritize your dog’s safety, and we do this by ensuring the right number of staff every day. To do this, we do require reservations so we can plan accordingly.
What are your dog daycare hours?
Our dog daycare is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
